My son’s wedding was planned at my home last Saturday. On Thursday I awoke to find my toilets would not flush. With over 60 guests expected my wife and I were very concerned. I called your office and explained my dilemma to Heather. She was very professional, knowledge and calming and assured me she was certain they would be able to handle my emergency that afternoon. I was called later that day by Mike Roy. He told me he was on the way and gave me an estimated arrival time. Mike arrived on time and immediately went to work. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was careful to dig only where necessary and explained to me exactly what he was doing. I was very impressed with his demeanor and competence. You are fortunate to have employees like Heather and Mike working for your company. I wanted to let you know that we had to call the "on call" service last night due to our toilets not flushing and tubs not draining. Zach came out around 9pm, and was wonderful. He was very professional and helped keep us at ease. He is a very hard worker. My boyfriend works for the county utility dept, and was very impressed with how hard Zach was working. He got the job done efficiently. It's not easy going out at night, leaving your wife and kids, but Zach put us, the customer first, and that really showed to us.Kat,
